Antepartum Support
High risk pregnancies may cause a lot of stress. This service enables you to spend time resting, while I come and assist you with light housework, food preparation, and other miscellaneous tasks.
Complimentary Initial Interview
I encourage expecting parents to interview doulas until they find the right doula for them and their needs. In order to assist them in that process, I offer a complimentary initial interview.
Birth Package
Once you have chosen to utilize my doula services, your birth package will include:
Post-partum Support
My goal is to guide and nurture the parents into their new roles. Whether you need assistance with breastfeeding, running errands, or newborn care, I am available to meet your needs.
Miscarriage and Termination Support
As a doula, I am here to support a pregnant individual, however they need it, and this includes times of loss. I am available on a case by case basis, and can be available in an emergency if necessary. Of course, all my birth doula clients have the option of having me there, if they face loss.
I support each individual's ability to make healthy decisions for themselves, whether they face birth, miscarriage, stillbirth, fetal anomaly, or termination.
